1. Shipping Terms & Delivery Estimates

Shipments are arranged according to the signed contract and applicable trade terms, including FOB, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Under FOB terms, PRITECH may assist, upon request, in arranging the carrier, routing, and transportation method. Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer in accordance with the agreed trade terms.

2. Damages and Delays

Responsibilities for shipments, cost allocation, and risk of loss are governed by the trade terms specified in the sales contract or order confirmation. PRITECH is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit once risk has transferred to the buyer. If products are received damaged, the buyer must contact the carrier directly and retain all packaging and damaged goods for claims. PRITECH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, force majeure events, or actions of third-party logistics providers.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All customs duties, taxes, and governmental charges are the responsibility of the contractual buyer. PRITECH is not responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or customs fees.
